WHEN SHOULD I START LOOKING AT STYLING FOR MY EVENT?
We recommend the following for booking in your styling for everything to run seamlessly.
• Weddings: 6-12 months prior
• Corporate Events: 2-6 months prior
• Private Events: 2-6 months prior
While this is just a guide and a recommendation, we would be more than happy to look at your event whenever you wish. Feel free to give us a call or send an email.
IS FULL PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT REQUIRED? WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event date.
Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer. Failure to complete payment may result in services not being provided.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation as they secure your event date and cover time spent on planning, design, and preparation.
Booking Cancelled within 30 days of the event date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
Bookings cancelled before 30 days of the event date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
Any costs already incurred (including materials, props, custom items, or third-party services) remain payable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Cancellations must be provided in writing to be considered valid.
